Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Destinations:
o We ship both locally and internationally! You can order a Xoom Projector from wherever you may be in the world.
Shipping Times:
o Local orders take 2-10 business days to be delivered to you and we ship out within 72 hours.
o International orders take 4-15 business days to be delivered and we ship out within 72 hours.
o Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Shipping Cost:
o All orders are treated with complimentary express delivery to ensure our customers receive their products in the fastest time possible.
COVID-19 Shipping Notice:
o Due to the extreme safety precautions we are taking here at Xoom Projectors to ensure the safety of our customers and COVID-19 industry-wide slowdown beyond our control, there may be slight delays in receiving your order(s). We are doing everything we can to make sure our customers receive their products ASAP. However, as a result, we ask our customers to allow for a temporarily extended delivery timeframe of 2-4 weeks to adjust and remain flexible to these unprecedented new circumstances.
Accepted Payment Methods
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
o We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
o These include VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AliPay.
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if you are purchasing in a currency other than US dollars.
Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We truly believe in the quality of our products, and therefore offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy.
o If a product arrives damaged or was faulty - we will work quickly to exchange the product for a new one or offer a refund as per the customer’s request.
o To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused and/or undamaged, or accompanied with proof of damage/fault. All return inquiries must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
o For returns, please email support@xoomprojectors.com with the subject “Returns- Order #____” and include your order number as well. In the actual email, please include your order number again in addition to your name, proof of purchase, and the reason for requesting the return.
o We will then provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
o Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Also please note, as per industry standard, we will not accept returns other than the reasons outlined above.
o When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email notifying them about the status of the refund.
o If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Processing time depends on the method of payment and their individual processes.
How to Place an Order
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our interactive online store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and selecting a payment method.
